For approximately 5 months we supported our client to set up an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001.
This project was led by our own environmental specialists Tim van den Brink and Rob Kelder. And in collaboration with Adrieke de Kraker a ISO 14001 specialist and Marcel Grashof from Royal Haskoning.

We started by identifying all the environmental aspects within the various company processes. We achieved this by specific workshops with the employees involved in the processes and completed the task with the information we gathered through site visits.
Then we continued with listing and selection of the significant aspects. From there, based on the selected aspects, we went on to defining goals to improve the environmental situation within the organization.

We concluded by drawing up procedures for environmental management within the organization and finalized the whole project by training the internal auditors.
